Why didn’t Angel Gabriel reveal the Quran to all Meccans, show himself to all Arabian people?
It is the accepted tradition that Angel Gabriel communicated the Quran to Muhammad in pure Arabic from God. In other words, God sent down the Quran to Muhammad through Angel Gabriel in Arabic. Actually, when Muhammad first got such an experience, he thought he had been possessed by a ghost and thought of committing suicide! But it was his wife Khadija who convinced him that He had been chosen as a Prophet. This is another clear proof that Islam is not from God. Had God sent an Angel, say Gabriel, to Muhammad to convey to Quran, he would have made Gabriel convey this clearly to Muhammad instead of making Muhammad think that he had been possessed by a demon and driving him to the point of suicide. The very fact that his wife told him that He had become a Prophet and Muhammad himself thought of suicide shows that Muhammad was not chosen as God’s Prophet.
But let us assume that Angel Gabriel did indeed come to Muhammad, sent down by God to reveal the Quran. The ordinary Meccans, Muhammad’s own contemporaries, were almost unanimous in dismissing his revelations as anything but divine. Barring a handful of followers, not more than 70 or 80 people in 12 years of preaching from AD 610 to AD 622, everyone dismissed Muhammad’s claims of receiving Divine messages. Here, if Angel Gabriel really did visit Muhammad for these 12 years, and he and God saw that people are ridiculing Muhammad and dismissing his claims, Gabriel could have easily shown Himself to all Meccans and revealed the Quran to all of them. Even one paranormal act could have been sufficient in showing that Muhammad received Divine messages from God. But Angel Gabriel showed Himself only to Muhammad and Muhammad dictated the Quran! This clearly shows that there was absolutely nothing done which could not have been done by humans. There is of course, no proof at all that Angel Gabriel visited Muhammad carrying God’s messages. It could be that Muhammad genuinely believed what he felt. But if Gabriel went all the way from God to Muhammad and back, he could easily have revealed the Quran to everyone, instead of Muhammad.
As we have seen Swami Dayananda Saraswati observe, the author of the Quran was not God, it was not even any learned or intelligent person. It was someone with a very limited knowledge and understanding. One who thought that God resides at a particular location in this Universe and is not Omnipresent, that God needs Angels to carry his messages.
Hey whoever wrote these lines. You are really contradicting yourself. Lets start where you ended at. Muahhamd was not educated. It is great you know that. Of course, if you can fluently speak Arabic you will feel the miracle and you will surely confirm that Quran was never authored by any human. Quran was revealed at the time when Arabs were having their strongest capabilities is speaking, writing, and understanding the Arabic language. Quran came to challenge them to write even one short sura, but no one could ever do it.
This challenge is till still existing. This means if you say that the non educated man (muahhad) wrote or authored Quran, then I ask you, yourself, or whomever you can hire, to write one short sura and bring it out the same perfect way GOD did in Quran.
That was a point. Anotrher point is that Muhammad never wanted to commit suscide. This is completely wrong. What happened is not mentioned exactly my dear. Of course when you are alone in some place and you find someone that appears abruptly to you without any expectation, then you will not stay normally controlling your nerves. This was what happened with Muhammad and of course the angel Gebriel calmed Muhammad down and told him that he was coming to teach him. The angel even started commanding Muahhamd to read. Then Muhammad replied that he cant read. This was repeated 3 times, and then the angel told him to read in the name of his GOD who created him.
Muhammad was still not comprising with what happened. So, after the angel was gone, he hurried up to go back home where his wife Khadija received him, calmed him down. Muhammad asked her to cover him and even to press his body to calm him down. After she did, he told her what happened to him. Then she sent to her cousin asking him to come. Her cousin was one of the knowledgeable people who read alot and knew alot about religions and the books from GOD. When her cousin listened to the story, he confirmed that Muhammad was the final prophet who was told about in the previous books.
That was also a point. A third point, is that we human have limited power to face such heavy things and undertaking the hard times we may pass. This exactly was happening with the prophet Muhammad when the angel Genriel used to come to reveal Quran to him. Quran is not a normal word for a human. It is the word of HOD. This means it is not a normal teaching to take it normallky like other teaching. So, the prophet Muhammad’s status used to change whenever the angel Gebriel used to come to reveal Quran to him. Not because of fearing Genriel, but because of what was revealed.
A 4th point is that Gebriel was never proved to reveal the books of GOD to all people. This cant be a revelation. But it should be revealed to one man who is the prophet. This was the case with all the prophets who preceded Muhammad.
A 5th point, that also you are contradicting yourself with. You said that in 12 years, only a limited number of people have become muslims (under 100 people). This means that GOD never wanted Islam to spread by forcing people to become muslims. Who wants to become muslim, he or she become smuslim and who does not want, then he or she is free. But, we should say here that in this atmosphere, who becomes muslim, sure, he or she was really a very strong muslim. That is why, the one muslim from these people, was considered like a whole nation. And these first limited number of people were the people who carried the flag of Islam, not by force, but their good manners and deeds that gave non muslims the perfect examples about Islam and muslims.

As for the Quran challenge, on ONE SURAH like it, anyone can write a book as poorly written as THE QURAN which contains many contradictions and grammatical mistakes. I can write a SURAH LIKE THE QURAN- CHAPTER 111 OF THE QURAN in which Muhammad’s uncle and bitter enemy Abu Lahab is cursed bitterly along with his wife. Allah is insane that he curses Abu Lahab badly when he could have easily destroyed him. MR BELIEVER- why doesnt God send ANGEL GABIREL TO HUMANS NOW to prove that Islam is true? You cannot answer a single point raised in this article and are doing circular reasoning- first assuming that Quran is not man-made. Every single sentence in the Quran can be explained from Muhammad’s own socio-cultural background. Many times the author of the Quran says “I” then “We” (First personal plural” many times “He” or Allah (3rd person singular) in the same verse. But still, they believe that Quran is a “miracle” of Allah. If Muslims ever bother to study Quran with an understanding of its meaning and an objective mind, they will find absurdities, hate verses, contradictions, Pseudo science, stolen stories of bible, stories of Mohammed’s wives, stories of his companions, abrogated verses, satanic verses, grammatical errors, dreams of heaven, torture of hell, Allah’s anthropomorphic face, non Arabic words, inequalities, badly copied biblical verses, humor, vulgar language ,Mohammed’s nervousness, his anger, his feelings, his hatred for Jews, his lust, his marriage with daughter in law, his atrocities, his lootings, his pedophilia, his hallucinations, his broken oaths, his broken treaties, misogynist verses, scriber’s wording and many other “miraculous” things. And they will never find any wording for peace except of some ayats of Mecca when Mohammed was weak and a poor shepherd. But they will not get the idea of missing verse of stoning, lashing and list of missing verses and the Quran which is hidden to Muslim “ummah”. Only Shia Imam has “hidden” knowledge about that part of “miraculous“ Quran.
